Impound Releases

Vehicle Release Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (FOR ACCIDENTS ONLY)
  • Other circumstances: By appointment only (CALL FIRST)

 

Closed or Modified Hours on These Holidays:

  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving & Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

 

Storage Fees:

  • Outdoor Vehicle Storage: $60.00 per calendar day
  • Indoor Vehicle Storage: $75.00 per calendar day

Required Documents for Vehicle Release:

  • Proof of Ownership (Current Registration OR Title)
  • Photo ID (Must match the name on Title/Registration)
  • Payment: CASH ONLY
  • Waukesha CPD Release Form (if required, we will inform you)

 

Authorized Third-Party Release:

  • Must have the vehicle title
    A notarized letter from the owner authorizing pickup
    The letter must include vehicle details (color, make, model, VIN, license plate number)
